Order Processing

  • Standard processing: 1–5 business days before your order ships.
  • Peak seasons & holidays: processing may extend to 5–10 business days due to higher order volume.

Delivery estimates are in addition to processing time and begin once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we'll email a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — an accurate address prevents delays and failed deliveries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Watch for free-shipping promotions for additional savings.

Package Protection & Free Returns (Redo)

We partner with Redo to protect your order against loss, theft, and damage in transit. Adding Redo+ at checkout covers your order every step of the way.

Filing a claim with Redo:

  1. Open the Redo portal.
  2. Follow the prompts to submit your claim.
  3. Have your order number and the email used at checkout ready.

Claim windows:

  • Marked "delivered": file after 5 days and before 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Presumed lost (not marked delivered): file after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days of the last tracking checkpoint.
Important: If Redo is not selected and purchased at checkout, Drawlz Brand Co. cannot cover items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend adding Redo+ to protect your order.

Customs, Duties & International Orders

All customs fees, taxes, and duties on international orders are the customer's responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country and are outside our control.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us as undeliverable are refunded as store credit, less the original shipping charge.
