How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed in 1–5 business days. During peak seasons and holidays, processing can take 5–10 business days.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email a confirmation with your tracking number. Can't find it? Check your spam and promotions folders, then message us with your order number.
Can I choose my shipping carrier?
Yes. USPS is our standard carrier, and you can pick a different option at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed and fulfilled promptly, and changes cannot be guaranteed. A change is considered approved only upon written confirmation from our team. Orders without confirmation will ship as originally placed. All sales are final; orders cannot be canceled.
My order came back as undeliverable.
Orders returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable will receive store credit for the merchandise value, less the original shipping charge. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout that are not returned to us are not eligible for replacement, reshipment or store credit.
Who pays customs and duties on international orders?
You do. Customs fees, taxes and duties are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final except as described below. All requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Items ordered in an incorrect size may be returned within 15 days of delivery only if they remain unopened in their original packaging. Approved returns are issued store credit, less the cost of the return label. Items that have been opened, tried on, worn or washed are not eligible. Please review our Size Guide before ordering.
What's final sale?

- Sale, discounted and clearance items, including Last Chance
- Apparel: T-shirts, hoodies and hats
- Gift cards
Final sale items are not eligible for size returns. Items that arrive defective or incorrect are covered.
How do I start a request?
All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal or approved in writing by [email protected] before shipping. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted, credited or returned to the sender.
I received the wrong item or size.
Start a return within 15 days of delivery and upload a photo of the item and its size tag. Once verified, we will provide a prepaid label for the incorrect item, and you may choose store credit or shipment of the correct item.
How will I get store credit?
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card to the email address on your order within 3–5 business days after your return is received. Defective items receive store credit for the full price of the item. We do not issue refunds.

How do I find my size?

How should I wash my Drawlz?
Wash with like colors on a gentle cycle in cold water, then air dry to keep the shape and design. If you need to, tumble dry on low. More: How to Care for Your New Drawlz.
