DBC 2026 Anniversary Drop Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Drawlz Brand Co.,
P.O. Box 833, Desoto, TX 75123 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on January 3, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ends on January 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

To qualify for entry, entrants must complete all required steps in the “DBC 2026 Anniversary Drop Giveaway” entry form located at:

All steps listed in the form must be completed during the Promotion Period for the entry to be considered valid.

Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without completing the online form, mail a postcard with your full name, email address, and the words “DBC 2026 Anniversary Giveaway Entry” to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 6, 2026 and received within five (5) days thereafter.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Automated, duplicate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • DBC 2026 Gold Anniversary Pack

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $85 USD

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other items. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be announced on January 7, 2026 and notified via the email address provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

By entering giveaway, you accept the terms that your photo and first name be featured on the past giveaway winners page and announced on social media.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize value is below the U.S. IRS $600 reporting threshold.

8. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and for administering the Giveaway. By entering, participants consent to receive communications from Drawlz Brand Co., with the ability to unsubscribe at any time.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

10. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
