Neon colors are not available and may not print as shown on screen. Colors in your uploaded design may also print slightly different from what you see on your phone, computer, or tablet due to screen brightness, display settings, and print production differences.

Color variation, including neon or screen-bright colors not printing exactly as displayed, is not considered a defect unless there is a clear production error.

No Returns or Exchanges

All Drawlz Lab: Custom Cottonz products are final sale. Because each custom item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production begins unless there is a defect or production error on our part. Color variation, including neon or screen-bright colors not printing exactly as displayed, is not considered a defect unless there is a clear production error.

Your Design,
Your Responsibility

By uploading artwork, images, logos, text, or other content, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. You grant Drawlz Brand Co. a limited license to use your uploaded content solely to create, produce, display a preview of, and fulfill your custom order. Uploading a design does not transfer ownership of your original content to Drawlz Brand Co. If we are interested in featuring or developing your design beyond your custom order, we may contact you for separate permission.
