Delivered, Delayed and Lost Packages
- Drawlz Brand Co. is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

- Items that arrive defective must be reported within 15 days of delivery through our Returns Portal with a clear photo of the defect.
- Reports of theft on orders over $150 require a police report.

My package shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Check with neighbors, your mailroom and other entrances, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. Are apparel/outerwear items shipped separately?
Yes. T-shirts, hoodies, hats, beanies, and crewnecks are made to order by a third party, ship separately, and typically arrive in 7–15 business days. Additional shipping charges apply, and only standard shipping is available for these items.
What happens if a package is undeliverable?
Orders returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable will receive store credit for the merchandise value, less the original shipping charge. Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Items ordered in an incorrect size may be returned within 15 days of delivery only if they remain unopened in their original packaging, for store credit less the cost of the return label. Defective items receive store credit for the full price of the item. If we sent an incorrect item, you may choose store credit or shipment of the correct item. Full details: Return Policy.
What if I received the wrong item or size?
Start a return within 15 days of delivery and upload a photo of the item and its size tag. Once verified, we will provide a prepaid label for the incorrect item, and you may choose store credit or shipment of the correct item.
What is the time limit?
All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
What items are NOT eligible?
- Items that have been opened, tried on, worn or washed (unless defective)

Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. Eligible returns receive store credit, issued as a digital gift card to the email address on your order within 3–5 business days after your return is received.
Who pays return shipping?
For size returns, the cost of the return label is deducted from your store credit. For incorrect items, we provide a prepaid label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
