Package Protection & Free Returns (Redo)

Filing a claim with Redo:

Claim windows:
- Marked "delivered": file after 5 days and before 15 days from the delivery date.
- Presumed lost (not marked delivered): file after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days of the last tracking checkpoint.
Customs, Duties & International Orders
All customs fees, taxes, and duties on international orders are the customer's responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country and are outside our control.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned to us as undeliverable are refunded as store credit, less the original shipping charge.

If you purchased Redo Package Protection at checkout, file a claim via the Redo portal for replacement or reimbursement per coverage terms. If you opted out of Redo, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International recipients are responsible for any duties, tariffs, VAT, or import taxes assessed by their country.
Are apparel/outerwear items shipped separately?
Yes. T-shirts, hoodies, hats, beanies, and crewnecks are made to order by a third party, ship separately, and typically arrive in 7–15 business days. Additional shipping charges apply, and only standard shipping is available for these items.
What happens if a package is undeliverable?
